Rosette class

A vibrant and energetic class where children learn Disco, Street Dance, Ballroom and Latin whilst acquiring technical skills in a fun and supportive environment. This programme is designed to give children the confidence to perform and encourages individuality and expression.

Stardance Class

This class is for budding hip hop stars. Focusing solely on Street dance it starts from scratch teaching the basic Street Dance principles providing an introduction to this exciting dance style. Inspired by the latest  Street Dance films, this class builds on students’ natural ability and teaches the essential skills to allow students to funk out to the latest Street Dance tunes.

Street 1

A cutting edge class which builds on the basics of Street Dance and starts to look into the techniques of popping, locking and tutting. Although more advanced than the Stardance class, it is perfect for beginners as well as those with some experience. Keeping up to date with modern trends and modern music this inspiring class will provide children with the opportunity to develop their skills and express their own individual style.

Street 2

Master the latest moves in this challenging and innovative class. This is the ultimate Street Dance experience looking into the different styles and techniques used by professional Street dancers. This action packed class will also help you develop and improve your own unique style and teach you essential performance skills.

Rock and Roll

Learn an authentic 1950’s style in this high energy class. Learn lifts, drops and kicks to the Rock and Roll classics. A style danced in pairs, come with or without a partner.

Latin

A class flavoured with Caribbean and Latin rhythms. Learn Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Jive and Paso Doble. This technique based class teaches you all the skills you need to dance across the floor like your Strictly favourites.

Beginners Ballroom and Latin

A class for those with little or no dance experience. This class will guide you through the basic steps of the Ballroom and Latin dances and will quickly get you moving around the dance floor. All steps are broken down in an easy to follow manner showing you that everyone can dance.

Intermediate Ballroom and Latin

A class for those with some dance experience. This class will build on your knowledge of the Ballroom and Latin dances introducing more technique to help you to become a more skilful dancer. 

Advanced Ballroom and Latin

This class is for those with experience in Ballroom and Latin dancing. More intricate choreography is introduced at this level  to give you the wow factor on the dance floor.

Dance Fitness

Want to get into shape but bored of the gym? This class is for you. Our dance fitness class teaches you a brand new dance style each week to keep fitness fun and exciting. Learn styles such as Bollywood, 70’s Disco and Charleston. This class is for complete beginners to advanced.

Private Tuition

Achieving your individual goals and perfecting your technique and style is certainly an important aspect of learning to dance in whichever style of dance you choose. We can offer children and adults the unique opportunity to take individual instruction with one of our qualified staff at a convenient time to suit you. Bride and groom

Getting married is a very important part of anyone’s life, and it is traditional that at some point during the evening reception the Bride and Groom start the dancing for their guests. At L. A. Dance Club we realised that this is special and our team of staff are specialists in this type of request. We will arrange to meet up and talk with the happy couple and find out what their ideas are and what music they would like to dance to. Social and Practice Dances

At L. A. Dance Club we hold a practice dance on the first Saturday of every month and from time to time we present a special dance evening and enjoy cabaret by some of the finest dancers in the world.
